To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain security. amjl's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your amjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method. amjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without obligation to return any bonus funds. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in our internal policy. If your account is closed due to a breach, you may not register a new account without prior written consent from amjl. All decisions regarding account closure made by amjl are final.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. amjl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and entertainment platforms. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
